Antas Syrah

Visual phase: very intense cherry red with an almost bluish rim, bright and crystalline.
Olfactory phase: intense aromatic framework with notes of ripe fruit and berries: blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries and plums fill the nose, followed by balsamic, spicy and more complex aromatic notes such as chocolate and tobacco.
Tasting phase: a fatty, full and voluminous attack predominates, enveloping the mouth with tannins that are well present but fine and smooth. A good acidity leads to a long and persistent finish where fruity and spicy notes return.
