Vineyard
In the heart of Levante de Almería, on the slopes of the Sierra Almagrera, 350 metres above sea level, the personality of the vineyard has been marked since Phoenician times by the sub-desert Mediterranean climate of the terroir, with hot days and cold nights, with very little rainfall, but with cool, humid breezes that caress the vines and mark their character.
Production and aging
The bunches are harvested by hand in 10 kg boxes and meticulously worked in our underground cellar, in small, wide, temperature-controlled vats. After a gentle fermentation, the wine rests in the best French and American oak barrels for 18 months to give shape to a unique and profound wine.
