Sierra Almagrera
Sierra Almagrera has a ruby red colour with a marine rim, bright and crystalline. Aromas of wild berries - wild strawberry -, lavender and thyme that adorn the fruit with balsamic tones. Creamy, roasted and cinnamon notes envelop its fragrance. The freshness of sea breeze floods our senses in an instant, oils and oils envelop our mouth and a long, fruity and balsamic finish makes us understand the essence of where our wine is born.

Vineyard
In the foothills of the Sierra de Almagrera sits our vineyard, in a reddish soil formed from the decomposition of rocks and minerals from the high peaks that housed the old silver and iron mines. The silvery roots of the vines nourish the leaves and clusters of our Tempranillo, Shiraz, Garnacha and Monastrell varieties.
Sierra de Almagrera is a unique wine born of a land where there were never vines, only the vestiges of our Phoenician ancestors, who dared to plant on the coast leaving the mountains and highlands for impossible.
Production and aging
Harvested in 15 kg boxes, the grapes are selected in the vineyard and then in the winery to eliminate those clusters that are not healthy and ripe. Produced in stainless steel tanks, hand punching down and temperature controlled.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels of medium intense toasting, bottled and left to rest for another year in the shelter of good temperature and absence of light to finish and balance the wine.
