PRODUCTION AND AGING

Minimum aging of 24 months in French and American oak, final selection by tasting, and extended refinement with bottle rest.

Forest fruit, fine toast, spices, and Mediterranean flowers; voluminous palate, remarkable acidity, and persistent finish.

SERVICE AND PAIRING

Serve between 12–16 °C. Perfect with roasts, grilled meats, and intense seafood cuisine.
